Uratex Inside Program (UIP) is the program constituted by Uratex for Business as a way to build partnership with the local Philippine furniture makers, while also maintaining an assurance of quality to the end consumers. Some of the main objectives of this partnership is to provide quality domestic furniture by making sure that partners are using an authentic high-quality Uratex foam for cushion and proper craftsmanship guidelines are met, and to promote co-branding between Uratex and the furniture maker. Through this tie-up, Uratex will boost the partner furniture manufacturer through various campaigns such as printed collaterals, online marketing, exclusive store placement, and more. This program also assures the furniture buyers that the sofas registered under the Uratex-Inside Program is covered by a 3-year warranty program, 100% made from authentic Uratex foam grades, and is a certified value for money.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE ISSUANCE AND USE OF

THE URATEX-INSIDE-PROGRAM WARRANTY CARD

1. Warranty Coverage

Registered furniture under Uratex-Inside-Program (UIP) bearing the UIP card tag and the authenticated sewn-in tag, is covered by a three (3) year limited warranty. Upon purchase, product should be registered via text by following the instructions stated on the blue tag.

2. Limitations of the UIP Warranty

UIP warranty will not cover the following:

Misuse and abuse of the furniture, and damages due to force majeure
Furnitures used outside of domestic purposes
Damages to upholstery fabric not covered by manufacturing defects
Furnitures passed on or sold to another person/entity, UIP Warranty is not transferable

3. Claiming of Warranty

If the claim is valid, customer should present the UIP card tag together with the receipt to the store where the purchase was made. Once the claim is validated and approved, the furniture manufacturer shall repair the unit at no cost.
