Uratex-Inside is the program managed by Uratex for Business as a way to build partnership and promote the local Philippine furniture makers. This partnership also aims to provide quality domestic furniture to end consumers by making sure that the furniture they are buying is using authentic high-quality Uratex foam for furniture cushions, and that proper craftsmanship and standards are met. Through this tie-up, Uratex will boost the partner furniture manufacturer through various campaigns such as collaterals, online marketing, exclusive store placement, and more. This program also assures the furniture buyers that all the sofas registered under the Uratex-Inside program are covered by a 3-year limited warranty program, 100% made from authentic Uratex foam grades, and are certified value for money.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE ISSUANCE AND USE OF THE URATEX-INSIDE PROGRAM WARRANTY CARD

1. Warranty Coverage

Registered furniture bearing the Uratex-Inside program card tag and the authenticated sewn-in label is covered by a three (3) year limited warranty on manufacturing defects, particularly on frame assembly (wood frame, nosag spring, clips, webbing strap) and against foam sagging of more than 25% from the original thickness under normal domestic use.

2. Limitations of the Uratex-Inside Warranty

Uratex-Inside program warranty will not cover the following:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper care, negligence, accidents or shipping damage
Furniture used in commercial applications such as rental homes, hotels, restaurants, and other business operations
Loose screws and damages to external components, including fabric or leatherette
Damages due to termite and/or other pest infestations, intentional force, and damages due to force majeure, including but not limited to (i) acts of God, (ii) acts of a public enemy, including terrorism, (iii) war, (iv) epidemics, (v) earthquakes, typhoons, floods, or other natural disasters, (vi) riots, strikes, or civil disturbances, and (vii) fires or explosions
Furniture passed on or sold to another person/entity, Uratex-Inside warranty is not transferable

3. Claiming of Warranty

The customer should present 1. the Uratex-Inside program card tag, 2. original or copy of the store receipt, and 3. images capturing the furniture damage/s to the store.
Representatives from the Uratex-Inside furniture partner and Uratex will visit the customer to validate warranty claims. If the claim is valid and approved, the customer has the option to ship the item to the nearest warehouse, or request for home repair service. Transportation fees shall be covered by the customer.
The Uratex-Inside furniture partner will cover the repair service and replacement of the defective sofa part as stated on the warranty coverage. Specific fees shall be applied to parts and services not covered by warranty policy.
